About the Books
Poem jokes that make you laugh! Poetry that is fun to read encourages slow or reluctant readers. Because it rhymes, it is easy to remember. Once remembered, it is easy to read to others, which builds reading confidence. L.W. Lewis has performed his poetry at adult comedy clubs and classrooms alike. Adults find humor in his work, as do children. These children's books are a great way to spend time with a special child!
